Savory cumin cheese rolls with Pupuchi flour

You will need

  • For the base
  • 180g cottage cheese
  • 1 Egg
  • 5 tablespoons of pupuchi flour
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • For filling
  • 100g of cheese
  • Cumin to taste

Mix all base ingredients together and knead. On a baking tray lined with baking paper, place balls of dough formed by hand. Flatten each ball a little and make a “well” in the middle for the filling. Bake the buns at 180 degrees (15 minutes). When the buns become lightly browned, take the pan out, add the filling and continue baking until the cheese is completely melted. Sprinkle with cumin before serving.
