Strawberry tart with Pupuchi flour

You will need

  • Tart base
  • 64 g of sugar
  • 6 tablespoons butter at room temperature
  • 64 g Pupuchi flour
  • 64 g of quick-cooking oatmeal
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Filling
  • 230 g of cream cheese
  • 64 g of Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons of honey or sugar syrup
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/4 salt

Prepare the base: Heat the oven to 180 degrees. In a medium bowl, mix together the sugar and butter and beat until light and fluffy. Add Pupuchi flour, oats, salt and cinnamon. Stir until the mixture is evenly mixed. Take a tart baking form, 23 centimeters in diameter, and spread the dough. When it is done, put it in the refrigerator and cool it for 30 min. Bake in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, then let it cool completely. Make the filling mass: Mix cream cheese, yogurt, honey or sugar syrup, vanilla and salt in a large bowl – mix until a smooth consistency is obtained. Put in the cooled base. Decorate with fresh strawberries, toasted oatmeal.
