METHODS OF DELIVERY
in Latvia and the Baltic States
- Free delivery in Latvia and the Baltics to OMNIVA / DPD Pickup points over 25.00 EUR;
- For orders below 25.00 EUR, delivery fee to OMNIVA / DPD Pickup points depends on the pricing of the delivery provider.
In Europe and other countries of the world
- Delivery fee to DPD Pickup points depending on the price of the deliverer;
- Delivery fee by courier depending on the price of the deliverer.
- The buyer, who receives the goods outside the European Union area, is responsible for covering all expenses related to customs clearance.
Order delivery time is 1-5 working days. The delivery of orders placed during the sale may take a little longer than usual.
RETURN OF ORDERS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to refuse the purchased order within 14 days after receiving it, by sending it by post/courier or by arriving in person at our office (Ievu street 12, Dzirnieki, Jaunsvirlaukas parish, Jelgavas county, LV-3031). The goods must be unused and undamaged, and a printed order confirmation must accompany the shipment. The return costs shall be borne by the customer.
ZEKANTS will refund the money received to the payer’s account within 3 working days from the date of receipt of the returned goods, but in some cases the refund may take up to 14 days.
If you want to return an order, the purchase of which ensured that you received a gift (for example, you received a gift for a certain purchase amount or the purchase of a certain product), you must also return the received gift. The gift must be unused and undamaged. If you choose not to return the gift, its value will be deducted from the returned amount.

Return of defective products
