Fresh salad with halloumi cheese and Pupuchi beans

You will need

  • Halloumi cheese
  • Spinach
  • Paprika
  • Fresh cucumber
  • Tomatoes
  • Mini bean crisps with cheese and cream or another flavor of your choice

Slice the halloumi cheese. First heat the pan. Grill the cheese for about 2-3 minutes. from each side. Cut the pepper, tomatoes, fresh cucumber. Arrange everything in a bowl.

Prepare the salad dressing. You will need:

  1. Olive oil
  2. Lime juice to taste
  3. Salt and pepper to taste

– Mix everything in a separate bowl and add to the salad. Put Halloumi cheese, Pupuchi Mini beans on top.
