Quick “Pupuchi” granola

You will need

  • 380 g of oatmeal
  • 160 g Mini beans without salt “Pupuchi”
  • 65 g of honey or maple syrup
  • 65 g of coconut or rapeseed oil
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Preheat the oven to 150 degrees and spread baking paper on a baking sheet. In a separate large bowl, mix the oil, maple syrup, cinnamon and salt. Then oatmeal and Mini beans “Pupuchi” are added to the mixed mass, everything is evenly mixed. Spread the prepared mass on the baking pan and level everything evenly with a spatula. Put in the oven, bake for 10 minutes, then stir and bake for another 10 minutes. When ready, remove from the oven and cool.

If you wish, feel free to add dried fruits, nuts or other delicacies that your heart desires. We recommend adding caramelized “Pupuchi” with ginger or apples to the finished granola. This protein-rich granola will be a great companion for a sweet morning breakfast.
