Quick Pupuchi granola
To make this healthy breakfast dish,
Heat the oven to 150 degrees and spread baking paper on a baking sheet. In a separate large bowl, mix the oil, maple syrup, cinnamon and salt. Then oatmeal and mini beans are added to the mass and everything is evenly mixed. Spread the mass on the baking pan and level it evenly with a spatula. Put in the oven, bake for ten minutes, then stir and bake for another ten. When ready, remove from the oven and cool.
If you wish, add dried fruits, nuts or other delicacies that your heart desires.
We recommend adding caramelized mini beans with ginger or apples to the granola. This protein-rich granola makes a great sweet breakfast.
