Cheese waffles with Pupuchi flour

You will need:
Add grated cheese and butter melted in a water bath to beaten eggs. Mix everything. Add flour and baking powder to the mass. Mix thoroughly again. Let the dough rest for ten minutes.
Heat up the waffle pan and put small pieces of dough on it with a spoon. Bake until the waffles are golden brown. Makes about nine small but very filling waffles.
