To make this quick and crunchy treat,
You will need:
- 8 egg whites
- 280 g sugar
- 80 g Pupuchi flour
Preparation
Beat the egg whites until foam starts to form, gradually add the sugar and continue beating until the egg whites are stiff. Slowly add the flour until the mixture is homogeneous.
Put baking paper in the pan, on which put small balls with a spoon or a pastry bag. Heat the oven to 180 degrees, bake for about 15 minutes until the cookies are lightly browned.
