Pupuchi gluten-free brownie

You will need

  • 120 g of butter
  • 140 g of dark chocolate
  • 3 Eggs
  • 250 g of sugar
  • 35 g Pupuchi flour g sugar
  • 2 g of baking powder
  • 10 g of rum

* Melt the chocolate together with the butter in a water bath. Eggs are beaten together with sugar – you don’t need foam, you need to melt the sugar. Slowly add the chocolate and butter mixture to the beaten eggs. When the mass is evenly mixed, add Pupuchi flour, baking powder and rum. Everything is mixed in a uniform mass.

Put the baking paper in the pan, spread it with butter and sprinkle it with Pupuchi flour. Pour the finished mass into the oven at 175 C for about 20-25 minutes.
