Pupuchi Gluten Free Roulette

You will need

  • 5 Eggs
  • 5 tbsp. k. sugar
  • 2 tbsp. k. Pupuchi flour
  • A pinch of salt

Separates egg whites from egg yolks. Beat the egg whites until white foam begins to form, add a pinch of salt and lemon juice – beat, add sugar and beat until stiff foam. Add beaten egg yolks, mixing slowly. Fold in Pupuchi flour, mix evenly. Place baking paper in the pan, pour the biscuit mass and bake at 180 degrees.

Prepare your favorite cream for the roulette filling and when the biscuit is ready and cooled, spread the cream and roll it up.
