Pupuchi gluten-free cookies

You will need

  • 8 egg whites
  • 280g of sugar
  • 80g Pupuchi flour

Beat the egg white until foam starts to form, gradually add sugar and continue beating until the egg white is whipped into a stiff foam. Add the Pupuchi flour, slowly whisking in until the Pupuchi flour is evenly incorporated.

Baking: Put baking paper in the pan, on which make small balls with a spoon or a pastry bag. Heat the oven to 180C, bake for ~15 min. until the cookies are lightly browned.
